In November 2013, DB’s parent company, Asia Pacific Breweries was purchased by HEINEKEN in one of the largest acquisitions in the brewing industry. HEINEKEN has four operating regions: AMEE (Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe); The Americas; Asia Pacific; and Europe. Each region is headed by a Regional President. The two members of the Executive Board, the four Regional Presidents and five Group Directors together form the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee supports the development of policy and ensures the alignment and implementation of key priorities and strategies across the organisation.
