Brewed with a long, cool maturation period, DB Export Dry carries a distinctly dry, crisp flavour.
In the late '80s, the sensation of wine bars struck New Zealand. Men were offered no escape from the wine that, while delicious, just wouldn’t cut it at the end of a hard day’s work. DB Export Dry with its sophisticated taste meant that when offered a wine, men could say with confidence, “No thanks”.
A distinctly drier lager with light, aromatic hops to balance slightly malty and fruit notes.
Brewed to meet a sophisticated taste profile and with an ABV of 5.0%, this lager was brewed for distinction. Awards to its name include Best Lager in the World in 1994, and gold medals at the 2010 and 2011 Monde Selection. Wine didn’t even get a finalist.
From DB Export Gold to our latest brews, the family of DB Export beers means you can have a beer in your hand no matter the occassion.
